| “Let me help you reach your fitness goals.” I offer one-on-one Personal Training in a private studio in strength-training/fat-loss. In strength training, I teach the correct form of lifting weights to prevent unnecessary injuries. I develop an integrated weight lifting program -- personalized for each client and designed for each client to meet his/her personal goals and/or needs. The nutrition plan consists of a well balanced plan containing both macro nutrients and micro nutrients. Based on your likes and dislikes, a nutritional plan is designed for you to enable you to meet the goals you set for yourself. I offer a free consultation to determine your goals and expectations, as well as telling you my approach to meeting them. At this time, we will go over a detailed health history and discuss any limitations you may have. We will try the machines as well as free weights to give you an idea of how I train. After that, we sit down and discuss what you thought of it. If you like it, then we will decide when you would like to start training and how many sessions you would like to buy.
